This is the Myriad research agent. It identifies itself with Web Bot Auth (Signature-Agent header; key directory at /.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory). To block it, disallow the user agent token Myriad in robots.txt or refuse the signed requests; it does not retry under another identity.
